Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and food handling to ensure timely service Buss tables and clear dishes efficiently during service hours Support kitchen staff with cleaning, dishwashing, and maintaining sanitation standards Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner Help with catering events and banquet setups as needed Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and storage spaces Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed diligently Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for special events or functions

Skills

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation, catering, and banquet operations is advantageous Strong cleaning skills with attention to hygiene standards Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures Excellent customer service and serving skills Capable of working efficiently under pressure in a busy setting Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if required
