We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team. Duties

Assist with food preparation tasks under the guidance of chefs and kitchen staff. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and utensils. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Support chefs during service by helping with plating and serving as needed. Dispose of waste correctly and ensure recycling procedures are followed. Assist in receiving deliveries and storing food items appropriately. Maintain high standards of hygiene and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications

Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. A passion for hospitality and commitment to providing excellent service. Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
