What We're Looking For:
Head Chef
Proven leadership in a professional kitchen Strong background in menu development and kitchen operations Experience with Japanese cuisine is highly desirable Ability to lead, inspire, and train a team
Sous Chef
Solid experience supporting Head Chef in daily operations Skilled in food preparation, quality control, and shift management Familiarity with Japanese ingredients and techniques is a plus
Chef de Partie
Expertise in specific kitchen sections (grill, sushi, hot kitchen, etc.) Ability to work independently and maintain high standards Interest or experience in Japanese-style dishes is a bonus
Kitchen Porter
Reliable and hardworking with a strong work ethic Responsible for cleanliness, dishwashing, and basic prep support Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen environment
Shift Details:
