Duties

Assist in the preparation of shakes, cookie doughs and decorating desserts that have been made by the bakery team. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils. Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is required. Familiarity with culinary techniques and food safety practices is essential. Experience in catering or restaurant settings will be considered an advantage. A strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
