Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House and Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic team. These roles are essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that all service standards are met and supporting the kitchen in preparing basic meals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills. Experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is highly desirable.

Duties

- (Two Roles - 1 x Front of House and 1 x Kitchen Support)

We have two roles available or we can combine the role into one for if needed. Meal preparation is basic (Sandwiches, Jackets etc)

Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Serve meals and beverages to customers, ensuring a high standard of presentation. Assist with meal preparation and food preparation as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality service and quality control. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of meal preparation techniques. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations. Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A team player who can collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members. Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
