Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of meals according to our established recipes and standards. Ensure that all food is prepared in a safe and hygienic manner, adhering to food safety regulations. Support the catering team during events, ensuring that all food is presented beautifully and served promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service. Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements to existing offerings. Engage with customers when necessary, providing excellent service and addressing any dietary concerns.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, including roles in catering or restaurants. Strong culinary skills with an understanding of meal preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs.
