We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality food to our customers. You will work collaboratively with fellow team members to maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and adhering to food safety standards.

Duties

Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are maintained. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A passion for food and cooking is highly desirable.
