We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of meals in accordance with recipes and standards Support food preparation tasks, including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitising surfaces Ensure all food safety regulations are adhered to at all times Serve food to customers in a courteous and professional manner Help with stock rotation and inventory checks to ensure freshness and minimise waste Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods Follow health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment for all staff

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of food safety standards and practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Good organisational skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if required Basic culinary skills such as meal preparation and food handling are preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate
