We are seeking talented and passionate chefs (commis and up) to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food production and preparation. This position requires a strong work ethic, solid understanding of culinary techniques, and a commitment to food safety practices.
Duties
Assist daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient service.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure all food production meets safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.
Help maintain equipment and kitchen tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
Experience
Proven experience cooking to a high standard in a commercial kitchen environment.
Strong knowledge of food production techniques.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is essential.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new dishes is highly desirable.
