Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Assist in food plating and presentation to ensure appealing dishes for guests Support food safety protocols by adhering to proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Serve food to customers in a courteous and professional manner Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas when required Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Experience with banquet service, catering, or large-scale food handling is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team setting Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of culinary practices and customer service principles Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if required Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality excellence
