Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in food and meal preparation, support kitchen operations, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop culinary skills within a fast-paced environment, contributing to the creation of delicious meals for our customers. Previous restaurant or catering experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Assist in meal and food preparation, including cooking and plating dishes according to established standards Support catering services by preparing ingredients and assisting with event setups Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards Serve food to customers or staff in a professional and friendly manner Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Support the team during busy periods by helping with various kitchen tasks as required Ensure all food preparation areas are hygienic, organised, and well-stocked at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Willingness to learn new skills related to cooking, food preparation, and serving duties Flexibility to work various shifts as required by operational needs

Pay: 12.21-18.45 per hour
