Kitchen Staff Team Member Wanted - Freens Cafe (Kilmarnock)
Freens is a busy food outlet in Kilmarnock. We pride ourselves on delivering great customer service, excellent coffee, and delicious hot and cold food. We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable individual to join our team and help create a positive experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and provide outstanding, friendly customer service
Take orders and handle cash and card payments efficiently
Prepare and serve food and drinks to our standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas
Assist with stock control and replenishment
Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For:
Friendly personality with good customer service skills
Excellent timekeeping and reliability (essential)
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Previous cafe or kitchen experience preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Driver's licence would be advantageous
