Position: Kitchen Staff

As a member of our kitchen team, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining food quality, and delivering exceptional service behind the scenes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and values teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to company standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen areas Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times Wash, clean, and store kitchen equipment and utensils Receive, unpack, and store food deliveries properly Work collaboratively with chefs and other staff to ensure efficient workflow Support daily opening and closing procedures Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all dishes

Requirements

Previous kitchen experience Required Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety (preferred) Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
