Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Support catering services by preparing dishes for events and functions as required. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak service times. Adhere to food safety guidelines, including proper storage and handling of ingredients. Assist in serving meals to customers when necessary, ensuring a positive dining experience.

Skills

Experience in a kitchen environment with prior culinary or restaurant experience preferred. Strong skills in meal preparation and cooking techniques, with an understanding of food safety practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration. Knowledge of catering services is an advantage but not essential. A passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional service is essential for success in this role.
