Summary
As a Kitchen Team Member at Koishii, you will play an integral role in our culinary operations. Located in Plymouth, you will assist in food preparation and ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are met, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional Japanese cuisine.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of sushi, noodles, and other menu items according to established recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area to ensure a safe working environment.
Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to uphold quality standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during busy periods.
Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food as needed.
Participate in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred.
