Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for food service, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction. The Kitchen Staff will support daily kitchen operations, assist with food preparation, and ensure a clean and organized work environment to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Duties

Control food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing pans Support food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods Assist in setting up banquet or special event catering as required Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs courteously and efficiently Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for staff and guests Manage the grills and ensure a smooth service for the preparation of tacos and all proteins required through the day

Skills

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards Experience with bussing, serving, or banquet operations is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and interact with guests Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with culinary practices, food handling procedures, and hospitality standards Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 30 per week
