We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities
Assist with meal preparation and food assembly, ensuring dishes meet quality standards
Support the kitchen team in cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations
Help with inventory management by organising ingredients and supplies
Serve food to customers in a courteous and professional manner when required
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Support catering events by preparing food and assisting with setup as needed
Requirements
Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Knowledge of food preparation, kitchen safety, and food hygiene standards is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Flexibility to work various shifts as required, including weekends if necessary
