We are seeking a motivated and reliable Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team.

Duties
Preparing and serving food
Support the kitchen team in food safety and hygiene, including proper storage and handling of ingredients
Serve food to customers in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Ordering and organising stock
Keeping the kitchen and surfaces clean and tidy
Contributing to the positive atmosphere in the shop
Assist in meal preparation and food assembly in accordance with established recipes and standards
Support the cooking process, ensuring dishes are prepared efficiently and to the correct specifications
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing utensils and equipment
Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times
Serve food to customers or colleagues in a courteous and professional manner
Aid in inventory management by organising ingredients and supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Experience
Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or kitchen environments is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Familiarity with meal preparation, food safety procedures, and basic cooking techniques is advantageous
A genuine interest in culinary arts and a willingness to learn new skills are highly valued
