Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of meals, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality standards. Help with catering events by preparing and serving food as required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods. Support the head chef and other team members in daily kitchen operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with others. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting. A passion for cooking and providing excellent service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 38 per week
