We are seeking a dynamic and passionate person to join our kitchen team. Previous experience is not necessary, full training will be provided. The role is on a shift working basis. Kitchen opens 12-10 daily. You will be required to work flexibly within these hours as well as reasonable hours outside of these times to carry out work necessary for the operation of the business.
Duties
To prepare meals to company specification.
To comply with company dress codes and ensure PPE is kept appropriately clean.
To carry out advance preparation of food items ahead of service times to ensure meals can be served in a timely manner.
To comply with all relevant company codes of conduct and other policies.
To keep the kitchen in a high condition of cleanliness, carrying out regular cleaning.
To ensure that all kitchen compliance documentation is completed as required.
To ensure that crockery and utensils are kept clean and available for service.
To abide by good working practices regarding stock control to minimise wastage.
To raise food orders when needed based on stock requirements.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
