Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties

Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Support the kitchen team in cooking, plating, and presenting dishes to meet quality standards. Engage with guests to provide exceptional service and assist with upselling menu items. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak service times. Perform basic maths calculations for portioning ingredients and managing stock levels. Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. A keen interest in culinary arts and food preparation is highly valued. Understanding of food safety practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guest services are essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 11.44-16.78 per hour
