Responsibilities

Assist with meal preparation and cooking, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards Support food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness standards within the kitchen AT ALL TIMES Prepare ingredients and assist with food presentation for service Contribute to catering events, ensuring timely and efficient service Maintain organisation of kitchen equipment and supplies Serve food to customers or staff in a courteous and professional manner Follow all health and safety regulations during food handling and preparation Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods

Skills

Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is desirable Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene procedures Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Passion for delivering excellent customer service through quality food presentation and service Basic understanding of meal preparation, kitchen equipment, and serving protocols
