Kitchen Team Member / Line Cook

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items to order while maintaining quality and consistency Present dishes neatly and attractively in line with brand standards Follow recipes and portion controls accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas during and after service Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times Manage kitchen operations efficiently during busy service periods Work closely with front-of-house and management teams to ensure smooth service flow Plan and manage daily prep to ensure readiness for service and minimal waste

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen

preparing food to order is essential Solid understanding of food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques Knowledge of

food health and safety standards

Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow recipes, maintain consistency, and uphold brand quality Organised, reliable, and able to manage time effectively under pressure

Shift times and durations vary between: 06:00-18:00 Monday-Sunday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 10.00-12.50 per hour
