Responsibilities

Responding to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email Analyse project requirements, review tender information, design detail and specifications. Create drawing take-offs and schedules as required. Prepare detailed cost estimates, and provide accurate pricing for joinery and kitchen designs, materials, and labour. Quote revisions including adds and omit schedules as required. Proposal presentation, specifications and documentation as required Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to review designs and ensure estimates align with project specifications and budgets. Address client queries regarding pricing and provide clear explanations of cost breakdowns. Collaborate with suppliers, sourcing and negotiate prices for non-standard products, materials, fixtures and components to, securing competitive pricing prior project quotation. Maintaining accurate customer records and sales data Supporting external sales representatives with day-to-day activities Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers General administrative support within for the Sales Team

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in a Kitchen / Joinery Sales and Design role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
