Position Overview

We are looking for a Kitting Media Assembly Fitters. Working across three shifts, you will ensure the maintenance and change management of kitting media. You will be required to support with delivery/collection, to and from the customers sites, in line with contractual requirements.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Kitting Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the change management of new and existing media

You will carry out maintenance and repairs of existing media, to support the Kitting Media Service team.

Manufacture/Assembly of Lightweight Tube & Bracket media, to support our customer in delivering efficiency improvements.

For loading the vehicles and making the deliveries/collections to and from our customer site as scheduled in a timely, safe and efficient manner.

Dealing with the customer face to face, on the phone, and by email to resolve any issues with the service.

Ensure processes and procedures are followed correctly.

Take responsibility for general housekeeping within the customer location

Requirements

Applicants must be aged 21 or over, preferably having held a full driving licence for a minimum of one year which allows the driving of 3.5T vehicles.

Fork lift truck experience desirable; driver training will be provided if required.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to develop and maintain excellent working relationship with key customer contacts

Able to work on your own initiate
