About the role




We're seeking an exceptional Digital Health Innovation Associate to lead the development and implementation of an interactive monitoring system (IMS) and digital training platform aimed at transforming frontline health and social care workforce delivery. This position forms part of an exciting Innovate UK-funded research and innovation project in collaboration with the University of Sunderland based in London.


You will be employed by the University of Sunderland but will be primarily based at the office(s) of Verve Homecare.

Please note: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

This is a fixed-term contract project funded by Innovate UK for 24 months.

What you can bring




The successful candidate will hold an undergraduate degree in either health informatics, digital health, software engineering, public health, sociology, anthropology, applied social science, or a related discipline. You will have hands-on experience in mixed-method research design, including both qualitative (e.g. interviews, participatory research methods, ethnography) and quantitative (e.g. surveys, analytics) approaches.
