Responsibilities

Food Preparation and Cooking

: Prepare the menu items. Precisely follow recipes and work lists. Using excellent knife skills to prep for recipe

Sushi Preparation:

Expertly prepare a variety of sushi dishes, including nigiri, sashimi, and rolls, ensuring precision in cutting and presentation.

Ingredient Management:

Manage and maintain the freshness of all ingredients, including seafood, rice, vegetables, and condiments

4.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen staff, ensuring effective communication and coordination to meet customer demand

5.

Customer Interaction:

Provide a positive and engaging experience for customers, including answering questions about the menu and accommodating special requests when possible.

Skills

Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong culinary skills with an understanding of meal preparation techniques. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various kitchen tasks as required.
