A fantastic opportunity for a KP to join a small kitchen team, preparing a menu of classic Scottish dishes in one of Edinburgh's oldest and most iconic pubs,
The Tolbooth Tavern.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of the following duties and responsibilities
operating dishwasher maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen preparation of salads & desserts to an agreed specification high degree of attention to detail able to work under pressure in a busy environment level 2 food hygiene qualification preferred occasional solo working
other responsibilities will be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.50 per hour
