Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety Support cooking staff by preparing ingredients and ensuring that all necessary supplies are readily available Clean kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are in good working order Dispose of waste properly and maintain a tidy work area throughout shifts Assist in receiving deliveries and storing supplies appropriately Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or culinary setting is preferred but not essential Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is advantageous Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure A proactive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration within a busy kitchen environment Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering high-quality service

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
