Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Primary School Teacher/Tutor to join our team and inspire young minds. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a nurturing approach to teaching/tutoring. The candidate will be expected to tutor a small group of KS1 or KS2 children with a focus on Phonics, English and maths at a school in Warrington for an hour in the mornings, Monday to Friday (this is initially a short term post but further opportunities will arise following this).
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with students and colleagues
- Educate students on Phonics, English and maths following the national curriculum
- Provide special education support to students with diverse learning needs
- Offer tutoring sessions to help students excel academically
- Create engaging lesson plans and activities
Skills
- Experience working with children in an educational setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Knowledge of special education practices and techniques
- Patience, creativity, and organisational skills are essential for this role
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 35.00 per hour

Bachelor's (preferred)
