What You Need to Succeed
We are looking for an enthusiastic and effective teacher (not suitable for an ECT) to join our team who will:

Model strong relational practice, fostering positive relationships as the foundation for excellent behaviour management and maintaining high expectations.
Understand and demonstrate the importance of calm learning environments and practice to meet the needs of all children.
Exhibit high-quality classroom practice that reflects a secure understanding of Quality First Teaching and effective strategies for Teaching and Learning.
Set ambitious expectations for pupil achievement and demonstrate strong subject knowledge across the curriculum, particularly in the core subjects.
Work collaboratively and contribute positively as part of a supportive and friendly team, with the ability to work effectively in a job share arrangement.
Show a genuine commitment to helping every child achieve their full potential in all aspects of school life.
Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional learning and continuous improvement.
Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication to their teaching and to the wider life of the school.
(Desirable) Show a particular interest in and enthusiasm for the teaching of Science.
