Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our tutor team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to educating and supporting students in their academic journey. This role involves working closely with children in our after school venues to enhance their understanding of KS3 and GCSE Maths and improve their overall academic performance.

Duties

Provide small group tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of students. Develop and implement tuition sessions that engage students and promote learning. Communicate effectively with students to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. Educate students on subject matter while fostering a positive learning environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly with children. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students. Ability to create engaging sessions that cater to diverse learning styles. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed academically. A relevant qualification in education or a related field is required.
