This role is 18 hours per week, Typically finishing at 5 or 5 30 pm working Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

What is the role?




Joining us as an Administrator you will be the first point of contact for Area and Salon Managers, offering administrative and customer service support.

Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Complete security audit and present relevant findings to Area Managers. Provide operational support for senior management working in the field. Maintain stock systems at head office and salon level, including liaising with suppliers. Track and process invoices. Maintain accurate meter readings for UV tanning equipment and identify when retubing is due. Execution of seasonal promotional campaigns. Provide analysis for promotional campaigns. Responding to support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of salon and customer requests. Processing customer complaints, liaising with relevant senior managers then closing support tickets. Assisting customers with registration and/or account creation and resolving issues. Passing customer feedback from multiple channels to the relevant managers to improve business performance. Handle and gather confidential information. General administrative support.
