Following the expansion of our childcare provision, we are excited to announce that we are looking to increase our team! We are in search of an experienced nursery practitioner to take on the role of Baby Room Leader. The candidate will be expected to start in September to support our new intake of children. This will allow for a full handover before assuming the responsibilities of the room leader position.

We require that the candidate has at least 3 years of experience in childcare, ensuring they bring the necessary skills and knowledge to promote our ethos. A sincere enthusiasm for early childhood education and the ability to create engaging experiences and environments is essential. The position requires experience working in a baby room as well as experience leading a team.
