All products are made in-house in a structured and professional production environment.
Role Overview
We are looking for a
Lab Manager
to oversee daily production operations in our London laboratory, across three metiers:
patisserie, bakery and laminated doughs
. You will be responsible for production coordination, quality consistency and team supervision.
Main Responsibilities
Coordinate production planning for daily and weekly operations
Supervise and support the team across bakery, pastry and tour activities
Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with internal standards
Maintain organisation, hygiene and safety procedures in the lab
Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency
Profile
Proven experience in pastry, bakery and/or laminated dough production
Previous experience managing or supervising a production team
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-growing and structured professional environment
Motivation for both hands-on production and team management responsibilities
Contract Details
Position based in London (production laboratory)
Full-time, daytime working hours
Salary based on profile and experience
