124,653 - 146,650 in London or 104,992 - 123,520 outside of London

Halifax, Leeds or London

WORKING PATTERN:

Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our locations.


About this Opportunity



An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Identity and Authentication Platform, in a team with the purpose of offering enterprise level Identity and Authentication services for the entire Group. The Platform needs to meet the Strong Customer Authentication and other regulatory commitments, enable security, innovation and to trailblaze within the industry. The Platform will support and grow a wide range of products to serve the Bank's digital channels and steer on future strategies, which include on how technology will impact the why customers interact with our products.

What you'll need



Experience in creating and galvanizing a team around a common

vision

which will be the essence of your products: what are the problems we are solving, for whom, and why now is the right time to address these. Ability to build and maintain networks with a diverse group of leaders and colleagues to

influence and deliver the product roadmap and to build a team of teams' environment

across the bank. This requires prior experience working closely with leaders and executives to shape product and capabilities to be exploited to reach desired outcomes. Prior experience in working with technology product propositions, P&L (profit&loss), benefit cases and pricing, preferably in a B2B context, with an enterprise/as a service software product proposition, or Identity and Authentication products. Ability to be the enabler of a thoughtful prioritisation and experience in

evaluating the relative importance of work, ideas and requests

to eliminate wasteful practices and deliver customer value in the quickest possible way, given a variety of constraints. Strong and demonstrable experience of

people management

across different level of seniority, including domain experts and more generalist contributors.
