What you'll do:

Deliver high-quality scheduled cleaning in accordance with Sodexo's service scope. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all duties, including stocking consumables, emptying laboratory hand wash bins, low-level dusting, floor sweeping/mopping/scrubbing, and dusting lab benches. Operate and be trained in the use of cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and other relevant tools. Clean laboratories in compliance with relevant GxP and non-GxP SOPs. Complete GxP / Non-GxP documentation accurately and in line with Good Documentation Practices. Follow access and egress procedures for specific laboratories and areas across the campus. Attend and complete all mandatory MyLearning / E-Learning training relevant to the role. Manage laundry tasks, including collecting, sorting, and preparing items for third-party collection. Report infrastructure defects or issues promptly to the WREF Helpdesk or as directed by the Line Manager. Execute ServiceNow Tickets efficiently as per instructions, including ad hoc requests. Maintain high personal hygiene and professional appearance, ensuring the company-issued uniform is worn at all times. Complete an annual Laboratory Animal Allergy (LAA) Health Surveillance Check. Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the line manager.
