Responsibilities for People or Training 3. Monitor staff performance and amend practices accordingly. To include, appraisal, establishment of staffing levels, staff sickness and leave, discipline and grievances, leave allocation, study leave and training. 4.
To be actively involved in the interviewing and recruitment of junior staff. 5. Provide complex advice to clinical, technical and nursing staff on all aspects of professional, technical and quality issues viz. the construction of specialist maxillofacial prostheses and those for ablative cancer surgery.
6. Provide and participate in the provision of post-graduate training ie. seminars and lectures. 7.
