ROLE OVERVIEW

Job Title: Laboratory Team Member - Entry Level Job Type: Permanent Salary : 23,868 pa Location: Bar Hill, Cambridge Hours: Various shift patterns available + Sunday To Wednesday
+ Wednesday to Saturday

No previous experience? No formal qualifications in a science related subject?

Don't worry -- full training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in a scientific or technical environment.


An ideal candidate would have some previous experience in a fast paced environment, such as food manufacturing, production, warehousing, hospitality.


The role includes:

Prepare food samples in accordance with appropriate analytical test procedures and within customer requirements and where appropriate record results Accurately entering laboratory test data into relevant IT system Help to build a good working relationship between colleagues, other teams and clients to reduce inefficiencies and capture all business opportunities. Report any Quality or Health and Safety issues the Laboratory Team Leader and register on the company's quality system.
