Laboratory Technician - Graduate Opportunity
Location: Skipton, North Yorkshire
Salary: 25,000
Contract: 12-month Contract (with potential for extension)
We're currently looking for a Graduate or experienced Laboratory Technician to join a busy technical team supporting product development and business-critical projects. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll perform routine testing on medical devices and materials, maintain lab equipment, and support investigations - all in a regulated, GLP-compliant environment. Full training will be provided.
Due to location access to your own transport is essential.
What you'll be doing:
- Testing products and materials to support new and existing projects
- Maintaining and calibrating lab equipment
- Supporting technical investigations and CAPAs
- Keeping accurate project records and documentation
- Working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A science-related degree, HNC or equivalent
- A proactive, detail-focused approach
- Great communication skills and a team mindset
- Enthusiasm to learn and build hands-on lab experience
