Overview:

D J Decorators Ltd is seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team of multi-skilled tradesmen. The ideal candidate will hold a CSCS card, possess a clean driving license, and thrive in both team-based and independent work environments. This full-time position requires 39 hours per week.

Pay will depend on experience and age .

Responsibilities:

- Perform general labor tasks on job sites under the guidance of skilled tradesmen
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations on-site
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project completion within deadlines
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a laborer or construction role preferred but no required
- Possession of a valid CSCS card is mandatory
- Clean driving license required
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Excellent communication skills
