Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with construction, maintenance, and other projects. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of worksites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools and power tools as needed
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Skills:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
