Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support construction and maintenance projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety on the job site.

Duties

Assist skilled tradespeople in their tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. Carry out general site maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe and organised work environment. Load and unload materials from lorries and transport them to designated areas on-site. Operate basic tools and equipment as required, ensuring proper usage and maintenance. Follow health and safety protocols to minimise risks and hazards on-site. Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning as necessary.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is preferred. A valid CSCS card is beneficial but can be obtained post-hire. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
