Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support construction and maintenance operations. This role requires physical stamina, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Perform general site clean-up and maintenance tasks Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks as assigned Help with the assembly and disassembly of structures as needed Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements

Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is preferred but not essential Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately A valid driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatory Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and adapt to changing environments
