Duties
Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring a safe and organised work environment.
Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required for various tasks.
Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members on project tasks.
Perform general maintenance duties as needed, including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times while on site.
Requirements
Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.
