Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing assistance as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times. Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring proper handling and care. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and efficiency. Carry out any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring or construction role is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with basic hand tools and machinery is preferred. A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills is essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are beneficial for this role.
