Job Description

Full-time: 37.5 hours on shifts (some flexibility required)

Outline of Role and Responsibilities

Internal and external movement of goods and materials to meet production requirements

Cleaning and preparing components for processing as required.

Grinding, Sawing, and Inspection of components in preparation for cladding or other processes.

Preparing parts for internal or external shipment as required.

Internal and external housekeeping duties.

General duties such as emptying bins, cleaning and painting areas as directed by the Supervisor

Ensure adherence and compliance with all Health, Safety & Environmental standards

To provide support to other members of the team when required.

May be required to cover shift patterns as required

Overhead Crane, Abrasive Wheel, material handling equipment duties - training will be given.

Operate basic hand tools and powered hand tools.

Maintain equipment and report equipment that requires servicing or repair.

Able to work shifts and overtime when required.

Ability to work under pressure, working accurately and with attention to detail

Able to use own initiative and be self-motivated

Good understanding and awareness of the engineering/manufacturing processes

Good knowledge of housekeeping duties

Knowledge and application of IT systems

Education and Experience:

Certified Forklift License

Driving License
