We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our Edinburgh team. Immediate starts available.

This role is essential in supporting various projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have a willingness to learn new skills on the job.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with the preparation of work areas for construction or maintenance activities. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role or similar environment is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
