We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and possess a variety of skills that contribute to the successful completion of projects. This role requires hands-on work in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to specifications. The Laborer will work closely with other tradespeople and supervisors, contributing to a collaborative and efficient work environment. Must have clean driving license, PPE and CSCS

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Engage in heavy equipment operation as needed for specific tasks. Support construction painting efforts and assist with hardscape projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety on the job site. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality workmanship throughout all phases of construction.

Requirements

Proven experience in construction or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with construction management practices and estimating techniques is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when required. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
