Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Duties
Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required Help with the assembly or disassembly of structures or equipment Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly
Skills
Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently Good communication skills to work effectively within a team Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a construction or industrial environment is advantageous Experience with hand tools or machinery is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and task completion
